DG型管狀帶式輸送機(jī)(以下簡稱管帶機(jī))是我公司吸收國外先進(jìn)技術(shù)研制開發(fā)的新型散狀物料輸送設(shè)備。設(shè)計(jì)制造符合JB/T10380-2002行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

管帶機(jī)可廣泛用于煤炭、電力、化工、冶金、機(jī)械、糧食、輕工、港口和建材等行業(yè)。由單機(jī)或多機(jī)組合成輸送系統(tǒng)，輸送堆積密度一般小于2.5t/m3的各種粉狀、粒狀和塊狀物料。

管帶機(jī)適用的工作環(huán)境溫度一般為-25℃~+40℃，對特殊環(huán)境要求具有耐熱、耐寒、防水、防腐、防爆、阻燃等條件，可采用特殊輸送帶，工作環(huán)境溫度可達(dá)-35℃~+200℃。

The DG tubular belt conveyor (hereinafterreferred to as tubular belt conveyor) is a new type of conveying equipment forbulk materials researched and developed by our company through absorbingadvanced technology from abroad. Its design and manufacture conform toJB/T10380-2002 industrial standard.

The tubular belt conveyor can be widelyused in such industries as of coal, electric power, chemical engineering,metallurgy, machinery, grains, light industry, harbor and building materials,etc. The conveying system can be a single machine or combination of multiplemachines, which is used to convey various powdery, granular and lumpy materialswith bulk density of generally less than 2.5t/m3.

The applicable operating temperature of thetubular belt conveyor is generally -25℃~+40℃, for specialenvironment which requires heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing,corrosion protection, explosion protection, fire retardance, etc., specialconveyor belt can be adopted, in such cases, the operating temperature canreach -35℃~+200℃.
